最近一周都没有再更新。

目前的生活状态大概是:
4:30 下班
5:00 到家,打开一包饼干,蘸着酸奶吃
5:20 - 6:30 锻炼。因为不想去健身房,最近几年陆续买了哑铃和bench,完全可以在家举铁
有时候会在举铁的同时开会
6:30 - 7:00 洗澡,或者继续开会
7:00 - 8:30 做饭,吃饭,或者继续开会
然后收拾收拾散落一地的哑铃,大概就9点了
9.00 - 9.50 看会电视,有时上进心爆棚会工作一会
困了,洗脸刷牙
10.10 - 10.50 躺床上看书,睡觉,要是那天太忙了可能也会依依不舍地刷手机

总之一忙起来就脑袋空空,没什么好更新的。


Haven’t posted anything in the past week.

Lately, life’s been pretty much like this: 4:30 – Finish work 5:00 – Get home, open a pack of cookies, dip them in yogurt 5:20–6:30 – Workout. I don’t like going to the gym, so over the years I’ve picked up some dumbbells and a bench — now I just lift at home. Sometimes I even take meetings while lifting. 6:30–7:00 – Shower, or more meetings 7:00–8:30 – Cook, eat, or… more meetings Then I pick up all the dumbbells lying around — and suddenly it’s 9.

9:00–9:50 – Watch some TV. If I’m feeling ambitious, maybe do a bit of work. Then wash my face, brush my teeth. 10:10–10:50 – Read in bed. If it’s been a hectic day, I might end up scrolling on my phone for a while instead.

Basically, when life gets busy, my brain just goes blank — not much left to update.
